I have had 2 weeks to recover from my blogging frenzy.  In summary of my experience, I loved it.  I found myself really diving in and researching and toward the end, I will admit to being tired and weary.  I have gone back and enhanced some of my late posts as I felt I was a little stingy.  I have tried all of the veg listed, except the wild ones, we will be taking the kids to the Moraine Valley area this late spring and summer to really have the experience.  We have found a great guide in an associate to the kitchen.  While Chef know a lot about foraging from his days in Italy, our mushroom purveyor knows a lot about this area.  We are excited to learn and teach our children.  We hope you will do the same.  Thank you for following my vegetable journey.  I will do the challenge again next year, perhaps I will chose Kitchen and Cooking terms.
