Being Green

We all have a responsibility to our planet and small efforts to be conscientious can go a long way. We have all come to expect certain extras when we order lunches. We will not automatically provide items like condiments and serve ware. If an item comes with a condiment that belongs on it, this will come on the side. Unfortunately, we have found that people have drawers full of plastic ware, napkins, condiments and seasonings that go unused. We will gladly provide these items to you upon request, but at a small cost. If you need these items, please request them, they will be provided for $1 per “set up”.

Dietary specifications

All Natural Chicago will customize your menu to accommodate dietary needs such as Gluten Free and/or Vegetarian. Please let us know if anyone attending has specific dietary restrictions.

Our service standards

Minimums

We work hard to keep our costs low for clients. In order to maintain our pricing and service standards, we require a minimum order of $200. Other minimums may also apply, such as a 20-person minimum for sandwich trays, etc.

Event proposals and contracts

Proposals and contracts will include menu, guest count, delivery and service details.  Contracts will require 50% payment.  A final count with less than a 10% increase will be needed 48 hours in advance of event.  If there is an increase in attendees over 10%, we must be notified 3 days in advance to ensure all product is available.  The balance of Invoice is due upon delivery of product on day of event.

Ordering Information:

If a last minute catering need arises, never hesitate to call - . Although we cannot guarantee availability of all our menus, we will do everything we can to accommodate your needs. Please call and tell us your needs so we may serve you best. To insure we have the product for you to enjoy, call by 2:00pm the previous day to place orders for corporate breakfast and lunch. For all other events, we need 48 hours. Same day cancellations will incur the invoice charges.

Delivery

We like to make it easy for you. Box lunches are a simple drop off, but when trays and buffets are ordered, we will set them up as part of our service. A setup charge is calculated based on your location and the logistics of the event. There’s a 10% delivery charge with a $40.00 cap. Minimum delivery charge of $20.00

Insurance

We’re covered. A major, well-rated insurance company covers all Natural Chicago. General liability, product liability, complete automobile insurance, and worker’s compensation are all covered under our policy. A certificate of insurance can be provided to you. Fees from insurance company will be passed on.

Payment

Full payment is due on delivery for breakfasts and lunches. To reserve your date on our calendar, a deposit of 50% is required for events over $500 and the balance upon delivery. Payment for all events over $1000 is due in full prior to food service on the day of your event. All payments may be made in the form of a corporate check, cash, Visa, Master Card, or American Express.

Cancellations Policy

We must receive cancellations for special events by noon the day prior to event date and may incur a fee for food costs, etc. Orders not cancelled 24 hrs. in advance of delivery will be charged 50% of original order. 72-hour cancellation notice required for Monday orders

Tax Rate

We want to keep it legal. The City of Chicago has; Tax surcharge of 10.25 percent, Bottled Water tax of $.05 for each bottle, and the Soft Drink tax of an additional 3% (as of the time of printing 01/01/16).
