March 19th was an exciting day at All Natural Chicago.  The President of the Cook County Board, Toni Preckwinkle, and Mayor Rahm Emanual, joined us in the kitchen for a round table discussion about the CASE capacity building program that the city and county sponsor.  Tess sat next to the president, gave an introduction and contribution to the round table discussion, even dedicated a sandwich to the Mayor...Rahm's Roast Turkey.
