The blog is back
All Natural Chicago has changed directions. Our catering kitchen has closed and Chef Micky has grown his consulting firm to help budding restaurateurs by teaching them through his wisdom. Starting a business is risky. If you can learn from others’ successes and failures it is a real advantage.
Now, for the blog…I have found a new device that has made working and feeding our family healthy food much easier. Instant Pots are all the rage and I know why. I have found my new Instant Pot’s instruction manual sorely lacking when it comes to the dishes we like to cook. So many recipes you can find online either don’t fit into my idea of healthy eating or are not prepared the way my chef husband would appreciate. I am going to use this blog to document my recipes, my procedures and my results in a place that keeps everything together. I should not have to look up how to make rice every time it has been a while since I made it. I am going to put together a post with all the basic recipes I find myself needing most. Stay tuned and invest in a good IP that is large enough to make leftovers, you will want then for lunch the next day!
